I live in Southern California & decided to sell my 45 acres farm in Rogue River – a tier 2 OLCC licensed operation. I was very fortunate to have found Josh on the internet. Living so far from the property could have been a problem however Josh did way more for me than required or expected.

The farm was in disarray. Josh himself did physical clean up for me & arranged for reasonably priced local labor to assist. The goal being to attract qualified buyers at top price. Josh did so. Many trailer loads to the dump later the place looked great!
