We work with clients on both sides of the table, always operating above board and in close collaboration with attorneys and the OLCC to ensure every transaction stays compliant.

Over the years, we have built a vast network of buyers, sellers, attorneys, and industry experts, offering clients support that goes far beyond buying and selling. Since Oregon’s legalization in 2015, the team has developed an in-depth understanding of OLCC processes, local government requirements, and the unique challenges of the cannabis industry. Using creative, solutions-focused strategies, we structure win-win deals that keep transactions moving forward.

Our group handles marketing and advertising, listing on all major platforms, and provides step-by-step guidance through the entire license transfer and real estate transaction process.

All four are licensed brokers with deep cannabis industry backgrounds and are strategically located across Oregon—Southern Oregon, Portland, and Central Oregon—giving clients statewide coverage and a competitive edge.
