Josh Kelleher is a licensed Principal broker in the state of Oregon with Keller Williams Realty Southern Oregon and has been at the forefront of representing clients with their Cannabis needs whether buying, selling or leasing.
Josh has created a vast network of buyers, sellers, attorneys, and other market gurus to help clients in many more ways than just buying and selling.
Josh has been in the cannabis real estate realm since Oregon’s legalization in 2015 and over the years has learned the process with the OLCC, local government agencies, and roadblocks the industry presents, and uses out-of-the-box thinking to put win-win deals together for his clients.
He runs the business under the Optic Realty Group under Keller Williams SO with the help from Max White, Jordan Beck and Devan Grove the three are licensed real estate brokers, each with long cannabis backgrounds. Josh, Max, Jordan and Devan are assisted by a full-time transaction coordinator, Shirley, that has been in the real estate industry for 13 years and helps transactions stay on point.
